High accuracy optical dissolved oxygen transmitter/digital DO controller/DO device
Principle of measurement
Fluorescence DO meter is based on the quenching principle of special matter against active fluorescence in physics. The outside surface of fluorescent cap covers a layer of black light insulation materials to prevent from the interference of sunlight and other fluorescent materials in water, the internal surface of which covers florescent materials. When the blue ray radiated from LED shines the fluorescent materials on internal surface of fluorescent cap, it will excite the fluorescent materials to emit red light. Through detection of the phase difference between red light and blue light, calculate the concentration of oxygen molecule, and obtain accurate data by means of temperature, air pressure and salinity compensation.
DOD-2000 digital sensor directly outputs digital signal of RS485 interface, uses Modbus RTU communication protocol to directly connect the computer, display and wireless remote repeater to realize undistorted teletransmission, which is the best mode to conform to internet+combination at present.
DOT-2000 (4 20)mA transmission fluorescent DO sensor directly outputs DO (4 20)mA signal corrected interiorly, can be directly connected to PLC, mA conversion module, etc. to switch data into system, achieving the wired teletransmission function. The external electronic box between cables directly measures the atmosphere of environments to make the sensor have one-click calibration operating function, convenient to use and operation.
The difference between fluorescence DO and the DO probe technique of polarography electrochemistry principle lies in that the fluorescence method does not consume DO, the interior not need electrolyte filling and even not need the frequently repeated calibration or frequent cleaning (except apply to adhesion liquid), which provides much longer service life and more stable and accurate readings. The measuring indication is unrelated with water flow rate, so it can be used in the situation at low flow rate and even in stagnant condition.

Remarks: the service life of fluorescent cap at the front end of sensor will be affected by the direct or reflected sunlight negatively. If not use (such as, during the period of water tank maintenance), please cover a black plastic protection cap, and keep it in a dark place until repeat to install. If user exposes the sensitive fluorescent cap of sensor directly to sunlight or reflected sunlight over one week, the warranty of sensor will automatically expires.
