has reading rate of 2.5 times per second and accepts any standard miniture thermocouple connectors, it really is a simple yet very effective way to monitor temperature. Especially when snaking a

flexible wire into the roast chamber is easier than drilling holes for a rigid thermometer shaft. The temperature range on this thing is amazing: -50°C to 1300°C (-58°F to 1999°F)! It offers fast

response and impeccable accurate results. Plus you have an option to view results in Celsius (°C) or Farenheit (°F) readout on its big easy-to-see LED screen. It also has Hold button in case you

want to freeze the readout screen at a particular moment. The hand held meter case is made from durable plastic, which is enclosed by a shock resistant silicon rubber case with a flip out rear

bracket from stand up viewing. The 2 pcs of K-Type thermocouples sensor are supplied with the unit for differential temperature measurement along with an impact absorbing silicon rubber holster

and an operations manual. You may replace the thermocouple with any standard miniture K-type thermocouple connectors, available at any electonics store.
