Boris’ Mercury Check™ for water quality testing is a quick and easy method to test for low levels of Mercury. The Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) for Mercury set by the USEPA is 2 ppb. With Boris’ Mercury Check™ you can easily test to ensure that your water is well below this level. This test detects ultra lows of Mercury from the ranges of 2-80 ppb. Boris’ Mercury Check™ is great for process testing and ideal for detecting unsafe levels of mercury in drinking water. This test utilizes an easy and quick test procedure. Just dip one test strip into a 200 mL (7 oz) or greater water sample. Move the strip in a back and forth motion for 60 seconds. Remove the strip from the water sample and shake once to remove the excess water. Wait 30 seconds and then match to the closest color.
